The Business Associate is a key role in Citi’s Internal Consulting Solutions (ICS).


Responsibilities:

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Complete other compliance related activities and reporting including continuity of business and Inter-Affiliate service requirements.
  • Responsible for the management of all projects in PTS and the coordination of accurate PTS timesheets for the organization (globally) and to follow-up with colleagues across ICS.
  • Coordinate cost recovery activities with business partners across the firm (including FP&A and O&T).
  • Coordination of all Onboarding activities for ICS including (including technology set-up through day 1 activities).
  • Coordinate weekly team meeting and bi-weekly leadership meetings.
  • Responsible for office logistics and equipment/supplies across all locations.
  • Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data.
  • Maintaining training compliance for the organization.
  • Meet and greet participants for in-person interviews and in-person meetings with external non-Citi participants.
  • Help organize in-person team events in NY for ICS team members.
  • Floor coordination with other departments on the 13th floor (including appointed fire marshal and office stationary/equipment).
  • On hand support for any technology, equipment, and desk issues.
  • Ad hoc projects and support for the senior leadership team.


Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in business management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Experience with databases and information management.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Smartsheet knowledge preferred.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
