Essential Requirements:

  • Education: 1st level studies degree (Engineering/Bachelor) in Computer Science or related fields. Graduated in 2024 or expect to graduate by April 2025.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of Computer Science foundations, knowledge of the Software Development Cycle, practical knowledge of at least one programming language (our teams use mainly Python, C, C++, Golang, Java) and understanding of database technologies (such as SQL and NoSQL).
  • Mindset: Learning mindset, ability to ramp up quickly, and high motivation to grow.
  • Languages: Good communication skills in English to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Software Engineering Practices: Theoretical knowledge of unit tests, functional tests, version control systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of software architectures, applications, operating systems, networking, microservices, cloud technologies.

The recruitment processwill proceed from October to December 2024. Employment is scheduled to start in April 2025. Our intention is to offer apermanent contract after a 3-month probation period. From day one, you will become a regular employee of Dell Technologies and continue your career after completing the 3-year rotation program.
