The role:
  • Provide cross functional administration support for key business initiatives as required by the Admin and HR Team.
  • Support HR related queries including general queries, recruitment support.
  • Craft, evaluate and modify emails, letters, agendas (and other e.g. newsletter).
  • Support with compiling HR Analytics for the Cork site.
  • Prepare and share internal communications e.g. weekly newsletter and general site communications e.g. car park etiquette.
  • Provide support for internal and external events e.g. Kaizen events, visits from suppliers.
  • Preparation of DHL documentation for shipment requests.
  • Provide discreet and confidential coordination of sensitive business information.
  • Maintain files/documents in admin folder.
  • Support front of house activities (visitors on site).
