Minimum Qualifications
- 10~15+ years experience in public relations, journalism, PR agency or corporate settings.
- Experience in media relations and media contacts in areas such as entertainment, creative, tech, design and culture in Japan.
- Experience in delivering creative, impactful PR campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Japanese and English
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent experience preferred
- Self-motivated, possess a positive team-player attitude and passionate about consumer technology. Self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to effectively build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
- Experience in developing and delivering effective communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Able to work with ambiguity and on complex topics across multiple jurisdictions. Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, adapting quickly to change.
