Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of global, high-value, complex sourcing projects specifically focused on sales-related categories, delivering impactful business outcomes swiftly and with exceptional stakeholder service, aligning with Intuit’s Global Purchasing Policy.
  • Lead with data-driven insights, leveraging analytics to strategically guide sourcing decisions and directly contribute to measurable sales outcomes.
  • Facilitate the entire end-to-end sourcing and contracting process, effectively partnering, communicating, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including sales teams, category managers, suppliers, and cross-functional groups.
  • Conduct comprehensive research, analysis, and project planning to deeply understand sales team business requirements, ensuring precise alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including developing sourcing strategies, conducting competitive events (RF(x), auctions, reverse auctions), evaluating supplier capabilities, and mitigating supplier risk specifically in sales-related categories.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual conditions pertinent to sales enablement, collaborating closely with legal, privacy, risk management, and other functional experts as needed.
  • Ensure compliance through rigorous execution of compliance protocols, detailed documentation, and management of contracts, maintaining adherence to corporate policies.
  • Serve as primary contact for managing supplier relationships in the sales category, addressing and resolving escalations to drive optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership, Category Management, and other Business Units to craft strategic category plans, prioritize essential initiatives, and effectively manage sourcing project pipelines tailored to sales.
  • Innovate and lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing sales efficiency, improving customer experiences, and driving organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and document comprehensive internal sourcing playbooks, processes, and procedures specific to sales sourcing. Identify gaps and continuously improve internal processes and documentation.
  • Continuously develop your own professional skills, taking initiative, expanding your sourcing and contracting expertise, and building robust industry relationships, demonstrating both a strong desire to learn and capability to source across diverse categories related to sales enablement.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Sourcing and Procurement or Sales Management specifically in competitive bidding, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, supplier risk assessment, and compliance within sales enablement or related categories.
  • Direct sourcing experience in Sales-related spend categories, including but not limited to Sales Tools & Technologies (CRM, Sales Automation Software, SaaS solutions), Sales Training & Enablement services, Incentive & Recognition programs, Lead Generation services, or related Professional Services.
  • BA/BS or equivalent, preferably from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, negotiation, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to proactively partner with internal sales stakeholders independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong business judgment, creative problem-solving capabilities, and demonstrated ability to innovate and provide strategic insights in sales-related procurement.
  • Demonstrated leadership, influence, and change management skills, able to effectively drive initiatives across diverse teams.
  • Proven success in a highly collaborative and virtual team environment.
  • Demonstrated capability in inquiry, advocacy, and overcoming operational barriers.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to established processes and procurement best practices.
