Provide compliance support and guidance to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Coordinate and implement remediation plans as necessary, including:

Issue identification and assessment:

Proactively identify potential compliance risks and issues through audits, monitoring, and data analysis.

Root cause analysis:

Investigate and determine the root causes of identified issues to develop effective remediation plans.

Remediation plan development:

Create detailed remediation plans outlining corrective actions, timelines, responsible parties, and performance metrics.

Progress monitoring:

Track remediation progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed.

Reporting and communication:

Regularly update senior management on the status of remediation efforts through reports and presentations.

Compliance oversight:

Ensure remediation activities align with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Primarily support and prioritize DORA related audit and compliance activities

Continuous improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance remediation processes and implement best practices.
