As a Process Engineer,semiconductor manufacturing processes. RoleResponsibilities:
Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports ondifficultprocessengineering experiments
- PVD (sputtering) technology experience >2 years required
- Process alone w/ RF or DC source hardware engineering such as fundamental plasma physics understanding preferred
- CCP dry etch chemistry knowledge as optional
- Dedicated in lab work
- Ownership
Perform hardware characterization ona variety ofdifficult
complexproblems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolvea variety ofdifficultprocessengineering issues
Measure film properties andinterpret data
Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports
Communicate and engagewith customers to resolvecomplexprocess engineering issuesor concerns,underlimited
, select, and partnerwith vendorsand suppliers
new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation
Serve as a resource for junior colleagues; leadprojectteams,as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
achelor’s degree in a related field
yearsof related experience
conceptual and practicalexpertisein complex problem solving
