What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT needs

• Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions

• Learn new technologies and apply these concepts to customer needs

• Adapt to changing customer requirements

• Respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner

What you will bring

• Prior experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders on a range of development and deployment projects

• Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and DevOps

• Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Satellite

• Knowledge of underlying components like Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, or equivalent containers solutions is nice to have

• Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required technical and business stakeholders

• Ability to study on your own, learn quickly, and put new ideas into practice

• Passion for open source, software, tooling, and automation

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French

• Willingness to travel
