The purpose of this role is to implement standard engineering solutions to successful completion within budgeted time and cost constraints, specifically in Pulp & Paper market. May occasionally be required to work on customized engineering solutions. To contribute as required to internal initiatives’ such as EEX Standard Build.

Ensures that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, and budget) are in place prior to commencing work.
Produces part(s) of detailed design specifications under supervision forPulp & Paper solutions.
Executes technical work assignment to appropriate standards and quality systems
Executes test work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
Executes documentation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements within the engineering group related to Pulp &
Paper solutions Reports progress and technical problems and/or changes to project lead engineer or principal engineer.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
2 to 3 years of experience process paper, Quality Control System (QCS), Scanners, sensors for paper machines.
Product certification.
Knowledge of DCS, integration and communication with third parties, Modbus, TCP / IP systems, etc.
Availability to travel
Availability to visit customer site and availability some weekends.
