As a Fiber Delivery Project Co-ordinator on the Cloud Interconnection + Acquisitions (CI+A) Team you will support the delivery of a world-class network infrastructure by working with Metro Dark Fiber, Long-Haul Fiber, subsea, and Lit Wave circuits. You will work closely with Fiber Delivery Engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the projects are executed on time, within budget and with high quality. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, OR equivalent alternative education, skills, AND/OR practical experience is required.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 1+ year(s) experience in project, program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience working in cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with Network/engineering workflow management
  • Ability to read High Level Network design documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and project management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a positive attitude and a customer service mindset
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate with project team members, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders on project objectives, deliverables and maintaining schedules, reporting, and other project related tasks.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, track progress and budget, ensure quality and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, budgets, reports, contracts, and invoices.
  • Communicate with parties, report on status and issues, ensure adherence to scope and requirements.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned, best practices, and innovations on process/procedures and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Champion change management initiatives within the organization to support successful adoption of new processes or systems related to regional projects.
  • Create, plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams to ensure on time delivery. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution.
