About the role:
Supports electrical and electronic engineering activities, often involving specialized equipment in a production environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support Business Units on 2nd shift, which will include responding to line calls, executing preventative maintenance procedures, performing IQs and supporting continuous improvement projects.
- Designs, develops, debugs, modifies, tests, builds, assembles electrical circuits and systems, circuitry, test equipment, prototypes by using current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies. Working from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal instructions.
- Documents, tests, evaluates, analyzes, verifies electrical development electrical/electronic systems, circuits, prototypes, components by writing documents, reports, memos, change requests. Methods used are determined by approved procedures and standards. Working from test procedures, specifications and/or written and verbal instructions.
- Tracks, troubleshoots electrical development effort. Test set-ups, circuit or device problems by creating and maintaining records in the approved tracking management tool through electrical understanding, utilization of documentation and problem solving practices.
- Documents, solves test and evaluation results problems through detailed use of problem-solving road map templates, completion of test reports, and other organized means. Includes results and set-up procedures, etc. by analyzing the situation and recommending corrective or alternative actions.
Required qualifications:
- 3 Years with Associate in Arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
