As a Cloud ArchitectIdentity and Security technical subject matter expertise on AD, ADFS,and Entra, you will lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory,Tiering,Group Policy, ADFSpreferably in a large-scale environment

• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Defender Suite, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID, IaaS, Network Security, Data Security

• Multiyear experience in a customer-facing role in information technology (IT)

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in both written and verbal English &Germanlanguages is

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with strong knowledge of either AD CS (PKI) or MIM are preferred.

• Familiarity andcertification with other Microsoft technologies, such asEntra ID,Sentinel and Defender

• Microsoft Identity and Security Solutions.
