Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in international import and export trade compliance operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with import classification, customs valuation, country of origin, Incoterms, ADD/CVD, import permits/licenses, import record management, and oversight of customs brokers to ensure accuracy of import declarations.
- Experience driving corrective actions in import operations with demonstrated capability to strengthen trade compliance controls.
- Experience in trade compliance data analytics and trend analysis in the area of trade compliance operations.
- Knowledge of US, Canada and LATAM customs compliance and import operations, including experience working with regional and global trade compliance teams and customs brokers in an audit function.
- Excellent communication skills, results oriented, flexible and team player.
