Your role:

  • Lead and motivate two Supply Chain teams, provide support to navigate complex challenges and decisions and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Effectively handle conflicts within the team and mediate any disputes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment and lessons learned. ​
  • Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement among team members. Capture team issues and drive the solution within the team making sure the correct stakeholder(s) are involved in the resolution. ​
  • Evaluate team performance, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance. Foster a culture of leadership within the team by mentoring and coaching People Leaders and team members and have a clear succession planning for critical team roles.​
  • Manage key customer relationships, ensuring that the team understands customer needs and delivers exceptional service.​
  • Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, fostering strong and mutually beneficial relationships, such as Market, Business. ​ Maximizing business performance and profitability.
  • Driving supply chain transformation towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data driven decision making; drives a culture of continuous improvement leveraging LEAN methodology.


You're the right fit if:

  • You have 4 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Department, including minimum 2 years of experience as People Leader.
  • You have in-depth working knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
  • You have experience with Order Management and Customer Service within Oral Healthcare, Medical Care, FMCG or other related industry (preferred).
  • You are fluent in English language (minimum B2 level)
  • You have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the relevant field
  • You have good project management and change management skills.
  • You have strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
  • You are self-driven with strong problem solving skills.
