Production Technologist

• Day-to-day operational responsibility for high quality antigen & vaccine production

Reporting to the Lead Technologist, the Production Technologist will perform Direct and Indirect activities associated with the manufacture of intermediates (media & antigen) and final vaccine material as per the Production Schedule and in accordance with local Regulatory and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities include, however not limited to:

• Prepare, stage, use and maintain a variety of mechanical or laboratory equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure Good Documentation Practices
• Participate in Site Tier Process
• Apply MPS tools and methodology to lead and support investigations and CAPA implementation
• Participate in company sponsored training and events

What You Must have

• Tertiary degree in Science, Engineering or similar
• Good understanding of GMP / production / manufacturing environment
• Experience in Biological / Pharmaceutical production / Food, etc. is preferred, though open to fresh graduates
• Ability to follow processes & SOPs
• Good computer skills across the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A keen eye for detail with excellent organisation skills
• Initiative & who works well with minimal supervision
