- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with in-house legal departments, business systems analysis, finance, consulting, or a similar industry/field.
- Experience with legal process, data and technology assessments, requirements gathering, process and system design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment and change management, as well as implementing ELM/eBilling, Matter Management, legal hold, and legal workflow tools.
- Experience in the legal or consulting industry working with vendor governance (e.g., in-house legal department, law firm, legal software provider, consulting firm).
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in a customer or business-user facing role delivering projects.
- Experience working with stakeholders across Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs in an organization.
- Experience helping teams measure and improve operational, product, equity, and accessibility.
- Experience with ELM technology (e.g., TeamConnect, Onit/SimpleLegal, CounselLink, Legal Tracker, and similar systems related to data migration and integration work-streams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
