- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program or project management, and change management.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in Google People Operations, HR process and systems implementation, design thinking, project management methodologies, and use of AI/ML tools.
- Experience working through large-scale operational and strategic initiatives involving excellent project management, problem solving, and analysis.
- Experience in management consulting and stakeholder management.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to have attention to detail and understand higher level implications of critical business issues and partners across global time zones.
- Excellent communication skills for executive audiences to convey complex information clearly and succinctly through presentations and verbal articulation.
