Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in technical support, professional services, software development, or product operations management
- Experience reading or debugging code (e.g., Java, C, C++, .NET, Python, Shell, Perl, JavaScript), and experience implementing, administering, and troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently to interact in this customer-facing role
Preferred qualifications:
- CCNP, CCIE, CKA, RHCE or equivalent certifications
- Experience using techniques such as packet-capture/packet-analysis,load testing, and traffic-path analysis to troubleshoot network-latency, packet-loss and performance issues
- Experience with any of these cloud solutions: Open source software communities, Cloud networking solutions, distributed-computing technology, Hybrid/Multi-cloud connectivity, etc.
- Knowledge of fundamental web technologies: HTTP/HTTPS, etc.
- Knowledge of virtual/container networking
