Lead Network Studies & Capacity checks for individual countries and actively support Director of Network Planning during regional network projects & programs
Develop Network recommendations in close partnership with market SCM & Global partners
Develop & improve Network simulation models
Coordinate business case development & “Make or Buy” (insource / outsource) evaluation in collaboration with Finance, Global partners, and Market CSM
Prepare & deliver presentation to Senior Management summarizing outcome of Studies to enable decision making
Finalize all activities across the projects/programs while ensuring key tasks are handed over and documents are approved, completed, maintained, and stored appropriately
Initiate & support continuous improvement activities aiming at improving network team efficiency, competencies, and scope
Gain understanding of Inbound, customs, distribution, deployment, and transportation capabilities across adidas markets
Act as a trusted partner to supply chain teams and other global functions; Provide ad-hoc support and insights where needed

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year college or university degree with focus on Supply Chain Management
Minimum 4+ year experience within project management, strategy, operations, network planning in SCM preferable
Strong experience managing complex projects related to warehousing, distribution, transportation or process re-engineering.
