Focused initially on specialist end user support and resolution of operational issues evolving, as part of a dev ops structure, to design, develop, projects and maintaining service.
Engaging in a variety of software projects ranging from SaaS platforms to custom applications, applying your technical skills to develop solutions, integrate systems and enhance functionality,
Responsibilities:Provide L2 and L3 support and solve issues with Mulesoft live services.
Gather requirements, design, develop, test, or implement Mulesoft products and services in line with business requirements.
Required Skills and Experience :With at least a B.Tech or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of overall experience in a similar role within a global organisation of which a minimum of 1 year is working with Mulesoft.
Familiarity with both front-end and back-end development, database design, cloud computing, and an understanding of software architecture principles are expected.
TechnicalKnowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB); Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes.
Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, New Relic); Knowledge of logging and analytics platforms (e.g., ELK stack, Splunk).
Understanding of cloud services and deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS); Experience with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform); Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
MuleSoft Certified Developer; Other IT certifications in relevant areas.
Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile.
Experienced working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment.
