As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building business with existing customers, and you will also develop relationships with new clients.
You will:Deliver ‘Extraordinary Experiences’ to our customers
Engage with our Customers when they choose to contact us via Phone, Chat, or social media platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)
Satisfy each customer’s needs using our proven approach. Customer needs will vary. CCOE Agents are expected to deliver extraordinary experiences
CCOE Agents are expected to be the embodiment of Dell Technologies’ Culture Code
Achieve and exceed the targets and KPIs defined by the CCOE organization
Fluent communication skills in French and English
Good understanding of computer technology
Research skills, curiosity about business components, and good problem-solving skills
Knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services & ability to identify how these products and services align with customer/partner needs
Capacity to be a results-oriented teammate
