6+ years of experience delivering world class product experiences, ideally with experience building two sided platforms and creating network effects
Track record of recruiting and leading a high performing, empowered, and engaged team of product managers
Track record of successfully launching and scaling new products. Demonstrated ability to establish and evangelize a compelling product vision and strategy. Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a history of executing and delivering results
Track record of partnering closely and building trust with cross functional teams to drive outcomes
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate datastreams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Passionate for solving customer problems
Familiarity with payments space preferred
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or MS a plus. Equivalent professional experience will be considered
