Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience delivering world class product experiences, ideally with experience building two sided platforms and creating network effects
- Track record of recruiting and leading a high performing, empowered, and engaged team of product managers
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling new products. Demonstrated ability to establish and evangelize a compelling product vision and strategy. Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a history of executing and delivering results
- Track record of partnering closely and building trust with cross functional teams to drive outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate datastreams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Passionate for solving customer problems
- Familiarity with payments space preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or MS a plus. Equivalent professional experience will be considered
