We’re seeking a highly organized and effectiveto strategically lead the day-to-day management of cross-functional marketing initiatives - ensuring timely execution, on budget and at the highest quality. As part of the Marketing & Brand team, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of projects including asset development for product launches, awareness and brand campaigns, video production, and event support. You’ll establish and maintain comprehensive project calendars, define and track key milestones, and keep everyone focused on key delivery dates


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Consulting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or campaign operations, ideally in a tech environment

Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Experience managing design processes and freelancers
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Experience tracking and maintaining departmental budgets
  • Proficiency in JIRA

Bonus points:

  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics
  • Familiarity with motion design processes, from script to development
  • Experience with agency or external stakeholder coordination

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

As the Senior Marketing Project Manager, your day is a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You’ll be the key driver of clarity for our marketing engine, ensuring we operate with seamless efficiency to grow our brand and support projects across the full marketing funnel.

  • Lead the planning and end-to-end execution of critical marketing initiatives, including product launches, brand initiatives, and acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage the master marketing campaign calendar, proactively identifying overlaps and opportunity areas while improving cross-marketing project visibility.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the Design and Content teams, managing workloads to individual strengths, streamlining requests and feedback from cross-functional partners, and ensuring briefs are compelling and thorough.
  • Manage the marketing team budget, monitoring spend across categories and collaborating with Finance to support reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the development and maintenance of a single, cohesive cross-marketing channel campaign calendar.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and milestones, including leading regular check-ins.Deliver status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to provide critical context and insight to cross-marketing leadership
  • Direct the intake of marketing projects for brand design & content teams- reviewing and assessing briefs, distributing workload across full-time and freelance team members, and managing feedback flow and revision rounds.
  • Create and maintain a centralized system to track deliverables and related work in easy-to-access and organized folders on the company drive.
  • Oversee the marketing team budget in partnership with Finance.
