Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting, and 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
2 years of experience in people management.
Experience in Artificial Intelligence applications (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or pattern recognition), applied machine learning techniques, or using OSS frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience building ML solutions and developing applications using AI frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience building with Generative AI tools and techniques to solve business problems in particular conversational workloads.
Experience with contact center technologies and platforms and building conversational applications.
