Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Part of a chief of staff team that provides support to an officer in developing and tracking business plans and driving results.
- This role will support human resources, culture, budget, and administrative functions for the organization including but not limited to:
- Business planning
- Executive presentations
- Incentive development and implementation
- Organization communications
- Return to office initiatives
- This position may represent the organization in providing a front door for requests that do not have a clear owner, which requires a good overall knowledge of business functions.
- Often responsible for prioritizing critical work tasks for the organization.
- Member of task forces and process management teams to drive business efficiencies.
- Decisions must be made in an environment of constant change while balancing multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- Leadership and Management Skills : Experience in leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strategic Planning and Execution : Strong skills in strategic planning, with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans. Experience in setting long-term goals, developing strategies, and managing the execution of those plans effectively.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact and collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and team members across various departments.
- Project Management Expertise : Extensive experience in project management methodologies and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint. PowerBi, Power Automate
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to think critically and solve complex problems efficiently. Experience in risk management and developing mitigation strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8-10 years of professional work experience.
Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Intermediate Excel capabilities.
- General knowledge of the US Federal Government
