Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Review and interpret lease agreements, amendments, and renewals for all PNC locations within a given portfolio.
• Maintain accurate lease data and critical dates in lease administration systems.
• Process and reconcile rent, CAM, tax payments, and landlord charges in coordination with Finance.
• Track key dates such as lease expirations, renewals, and termination notice periods.
• Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, Finance, and Facilities teams to ensure lease compliance.
• Work closely with landlords and property managers to resolve billing and lease discrepancies.Preferred experience may include:• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of lease administration or lease analyst experience in retail or commercial real estate.
• Proficiency with lease management platforms (e.g., Tririga, MRI, Yardi, CoStar).
• Strong understanding of lease terms, real estate taxes, CAM, and rent escalations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Power BI, Power Platforms, Excel, Tableau experience.
• Experience supporting a national or regional branch network.Job Description
  • Manages a large portfolio of properties with primary duties that include auditing, negotiating and resolving rent payment disputes, resolving property use and resolving eminent domain issues. With an understanding of real estate contracts, abstracts complicated legal documents. Manages workflow of legal documents and analyzes portfolio data to facilitate financial and policy decisions.
  • Manages projects that include legal and transactional related workflows. Develops and prepares persuasive presentations for approval, execution, receipt of settlements and abstraction into the data base. Investigates property issues, disputes and government action against PNC property. Manages the easement and condemnation processes for realty services.
  • Manages the abstraction of data processes for a large portfolio of properties which includes more than 1,500 owned properties, 1,750 leased properties and a rental obligation of $2.2b and 30 million SF. The risk associated with this role and the critical date obligations are managed through the abstraction process.
  • Manages the bonding process for construction projects. Works with internal and external legal teams to produce, review and amend critical legal documents for PNC Realty Services including the evaluation of bond release and the resolution of bonding matters with internal and external customers as well as governmental bodies.
  • Manages a portfolio of legal documents, rent-related documents and relevant workflow utilizing multiple internal and external systems and reports to ensure that we are monitoring risk and critical dates.
