We are looking for a Presentation Designer to join the team. In this role, you will bring technology to life with your presentation expertise—creating design experiences across a wide array of media. You’ll be part of a design team, creating outstanding graphics and visual content to drive and align to strategic messaging and corporate brand guidelines. You will be responsible for driving design projects for executive communications, creating compelling, digestible visual storytelling solutions out of highly technical data.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
  • OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under U.S. export control regulations, potentially under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations.  As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency or other protected status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport.
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrate a proficient fundamental knowledge base in the visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition and layout, color, photography selection, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience building visual presentations with a consistent track record of successful design projects
• Ability to drive clarity out of complex technical information, identify and solve for blockers, and effective collaboration skills to keep production moving forward
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
• Competent problem-solving skills and ability to succeed in a deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-organization, cross-discipline, and across all levels of the organization
