At J.P. Morgan ‘Code for Good’ Hackathon, we bring coders, technologists and non-profit organizations together to solve real-world problems. You will experience firsthand how we use technology to inspire change, foster inclusion and make a difference in our communities. Work alongside our tech experts, meet our recruiting teams and experience what it’s like to work as a Software Engineer at J.P. Morgan.

Over the course of the Hackathon, you and your team will:

• Develop a technology solution for a leading social good organization.
• Get to work side by side with our expert J.P. Morgan Chase technologists
• Be encouraged to come up with cutting-edge ideas that could make a difference for the people who need it most
• Coders will be attending the event in-person and will require a personal laptop/desktop to participate. Further details and instructions will be provided to successful applicants

Our 9-weeks Software Engineer internship is designed to take your technology career to the next level through on innovative projects, technical training and valuable professional networking with our vibrant tech community. As it is a pipeline for future graduate opportunities, based on individual performance and achievements, top performers may receive full time employment with the firm in 2025 . Holding the permanent right to work in Singapore is an advantage, however, candidates requiring visa sponsorship may still apply.

Who are we looking for:

• Students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with expected graduation of September 2025 to July 2026
• Available for full time internship from June – August 2025
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Javascript, Java, C++, C#), databases, data structures and algorithms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Exceptional problem-solving ability
• Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organization
• Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Computer Science and/or Engineering majors are preferred while other majors may be considered
