Essential Responsibilities:

Expected Qualifications:

  • key metrics and drive the building of exec-facing dashboards to tracktheprogress of the business and itshighest-priority

  • key business levers,establishcause & effect, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders tofacilitatedata-driven

  • Engage inproblem-solvingwith Risk, Product, Marketing, and various other teams todetermineperformance trends and root causes.

  • Support new product launches byestablishingtest and control plans and ensuring constant monitoring is in place to track product performance.

  • Create close relationships with stakeholders toanticipate& answer questions that might be asked by executives

Requirements:

  • Master’sdegree in a quantitative field (such as Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics,or Engineering) or equivalent field experience

  • 7 yearsofprofessional experience in an analytical role; Experience managing a small team of analysts will be a plus

  • with database, spreadsheet, and statistical tools

  • Advanced SQL experience,preferablywith Teradata systems, data mining, and Big Query analytics (Google Cloud).

  • in stitching together findings to convey coherent insights

  • Experience analyzingvery large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.

  • Experience with one or multiple of the following will be highly desirable; Python, Tableau,JupyterNotebooks, Teradata, Hadoop/Hive, SQL,BigQuery

  • Ability to solve problems analytically and create actionable recommendations

  • Advanced ability to use reporting tools like Tableau and/or Excel to share analysis

  • Work experience in the payments,eCommerce, or financial services industry is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simpler terms, and effectively influence both peers and senior leadership

The US national annual pay range for this role is $123,500 to $212,850
