You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our manufacturing facility on the weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 am- 8:00 pm).
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the production process by ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and maintain complex machinery and equipment
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years' experience in the Space Industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical certification or relevant experience
- Experience operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
