Conduct product overview and installation training with installer and electricians
Conduct marketing and technical events, set up theResidential Energy van and engage with electricians and installers
Stay up to date on Tesla’s product suite and relevantTesla customer tools such as Tesla Pros and Bolt
Work closely with local Residential Energy sales,engineering and marketing teams to coordinate customer visits and events
Safely drive and maintain the Tesla Residential Energyvan, reporting issues promptly and ensuring cleanliness and organization,maintain technical equipment in the mobile unit, monitoring State of Charge andproper equipment operation
Manage your time on the road – plan itinerary, performadministrative tasks
Travel up to 3 weeks, at a time, each month; includesworking on weekends (ad-hoc)
What You’ll Bring
3+ years experience in a B2B customer facing training and/or marketing/events role
Working knowledge of grid/utility markets, as well asgrid-tied technologies, such as PV, wind, EE, DR or storage as it relates toresidential and small commercial applications
Installation/electrical experience
Ability to cultivate interpersonal connections whilefacilitating learning and generating enthusiasm about renewable technology
