3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
1 year of experience working in direct executive support.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
Experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
Knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices, and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
Ability to work across time zones and contribute to build an International Finance community and interact with the other global Controllership Administrative Business Partners.
Ability to interact and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
Ability to keep complete confidentiality on all business matters.
