What you'll be doing:

  • Act as comp business partner, specialist advisor to business unit leaders and HRBPs by combining in-depth knowledge of compensation principles, understanding of the business and market landscape

  • Advise on comp related activities: new hire offers, promotions, international transfers, and top talent retention. Partner with business unit leaders, HRBPs, and Comp Analytics teams in support of the annual focal review process(NVIDIA’s employee annual evaluation process) Collaborate with leaders and HRBPs on budget reallocation and rewards allocation through training on models and providing guidance. Audit HRBP and manager recommendations. Participate in focal alignment, communication, training, and/or testing teams to meet the needs of the regions

  • Support the implementation of all ongoing comp programs; provide proactive, deep insights to guide decision making and continuously collaborate with people leaders to make sound comp decisions. Participate in salary and equity range reviews. Review benchmark survey data, offers, competing offers and other data points while considering internal data and business driven input to set the positioning of NVIDIA’s roles

  • Perform data analysis and provide findings, conclusions, and recommendations

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support benefits programs, international transfers, and stock related matters

What we need to see:

  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience

  • 5 plus years of directly related compensation experience in advising and analyst roles with understanding and experience of tech industry market, trends and practices in EMEA and Israel

  • Partnership and influencing skills, communication skills and customer support at all levels of the company.Highly responsive and customer service oriented

  • Experience supporting a large technology organization. Knowledge of compensation methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis

  • Adaptable and comfortable shifting between high-level design, collaborating work, and analytical and operational work

  • Can work in a team environment and can partner with colleagues in different time zones.Strong initiative, is self-managed and can multi-task

  • Expertise with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday(advantage)

  • Fluent English speaker with high written / verbal communication skills
