What you’ll do:
You are part of a team and expected to work efficiently across the organization, collaborating with peers and building key relationships. You will enhance your process, technology, and business knowledge to both resolve and proactively position the topics you support. As the Specialist for the BASE Data Validation Team, you will handle ticketing questions for colleagues in Prague, Peru, Buenos Aires, and Walldorf. You’ll also work closely with the Data Validation Team Lead, covering their role during vacations, and foster collaboration with other BASE teams to streamline processes and avoid silos.
- As a Business Support Specialist, you work out of an automated ticketing system but may engage in consultations or email escalations.
- Analyze data in the system to understand the current state of a customer’s tenant with accuracy, thoroughness, and a high level of quality.
- Initiate the appropriate action (e.g., reach-out, fast-track) in each case reviewed.
- Communicate information and present options effectively to the Account Team to facilitate efficient and fast decision-making.
- Transform sales decisions or data evidence in the system into the appropriate transaction (e.g., closure, blocking).
- Champion our systems, processes, data, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Participate in a Cloud-oriented essential mission that has the goal to make SAP more compliant in its provisioning and fulfillment activities.
- Ad hoc: Collaborate with other team members, continuously build know-how, and contribute to the evolution of our systems and processes by sharing gaps observed in daily activities. Defines and shares best practices.
- Act as the specialist for ticketing questions for the Data Validation Team
- Take over team leading tasks during vacation or absence of the Team Lead
- Participate in BASE collaboration meetings to update and share inconsistency findings and identify process improvement possibilities.
What you bring:
- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience preferred
- Career: 1+ years experience in Tenant Data Validation analysis
- Experiences with Provisioning and Cloud Fulfillment processes or services as well as core sales solution will be a must
Beneficial competencies & skills:
- Experience in Tenant Data Validation analysis or other E2E analysis from Quote to Provisioning
