Financial Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate financial information across P&L, balance sheets, and operational metrics to provide comprehensive insights into factory performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Identify variances and trends, offering insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
- Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
- Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
- Oversee FP&A spending, ensuring alignment with budgets and company objectives.
- Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
- Drive improvements in financial reporting and analysis processes.
- Automate and optimize data consolidation and reporting tools for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide insights to leadership on financial risks, opportunities, and strategies.
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 5+ years of work experience in financial analyst, FP&A or related roles preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, OBIEE)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
