Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review third-party schedules and assess compliance and progress
- Monitor and verify monthly costs and earned value
- Develop inputs for monthly project progress summary reports
- Assist in reviewing/analyzing time impact analysis contractor submittals
- Maintain simplified logic schedules to highlight the status of key interfaces for critical path review
- Review contractor’s weekly and monthly schedule progress against baseline schedules
- Monitor key performance indicator reports at contract level and prepare project-level performance indicator reports
- Prepare schedule updates and narratives for inclusion in project weekly and monthly progress status reports
- Attend meetings with design consultants, construction management, and contractors to review and comment on baseline schedules and progress schedules
- Able to work in a dynamic construction site team environment
- Follow established policies and procedures for scheduling and reporting activities
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate under the direction of the Lead Project Scheduler
Essential Knowledge and Abilities:
- Ability to review schedules and provide inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform
- Able to communicate clearly in written and verbal forms
- Must be flexible and able to balance/prioritize multiple tasks
- Interact professionally with the project team and external stakeholders
