As we roll out ‘All In” across our firms, the role of SaT PBFA becomes even more critical to help maintain/improve profitability. As we expand our MENA SaT practice, we have identified the need to have additional support in the PBFA space.

This role requires a finance professional offering key support to the MENA SaT PBFA lead on P&L management and other KPIs. The role will establish best in class support, functional expertise and reporting solutions, with time to time involvement on various Service Line initiatives as well.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver and maintain robust weekly and monthly reporting on business performance
  • Assist the Lead and manager on P&L review and data quality checks.
  • Actual vs Plan tracking on the P&L elements to identify and highlight variances.
  • Assist in root cause analysis of identified variances and identification of possible solutions to resolve issues.
  • Identify any risks and inconsistencies to the attention of the PBFA lead.
  • Aim to slowly become ‘Go To’ person for any financial data relating to the MENA SaT business.
  • Develop effective working relationships with the extended Finance team and SaT leadership team.
  • Assist in various improvement initiatives and information gathering activities within PBFA space.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of and adherence to all finance policies and processes.
  • Supporting in Adhoc requests from the Finance team and MENA SaT Leadership team

To qualify for the role you must be:

  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to interact well with people at all levels within the firm and build strong relationships.
  • Having strong knowledge of MS Office Packages. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Power BI in particular.
  • Having excellent communications and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex cases.
  • Must have a finance related degree / qualification & relevant working for a professional service or consultancy environment.
  • Be innovative, confident and creative thinker with ability to make quick decisions.
