You’ll have the opportunity to provide clients an integrated, consistent, quality service that unlocks the potential of the compliance function, with tax compliance, statutory accounts preparation and tax accounting calculation support.
Your key responsibilities
- You’ll manage and lead teams to ensure good service delivery to clients and marketing of potential clients.
- You’ll perform high-level review and provide value-add to the work to be submitted to clients.
- You’ll oversee the daily operations of the respective groups and ensure all communications with clients are supported by e-mails, outlining agreed action steps, responsibilities and deadlines.
- You’ll perform variance analysis on the financial performances / payroll movements of the clients.
- You’ll participate in the preparation of budgets and monthly forecasts for respective group and comparison with previous budget/forecasts.
- You’ll oversee credit control and prompt collection of debts for respective portfolio of clients. Work with Finance to follow up on outstanding and doubtful debts.
- You’ll formulate and review accounting processes / policies. Identify and recommend improvements to current policies & procedures, processes and client servicing arrangements in line with current business and regulatory practices.
- You’ll recommend and assist in the implementation of new or revised accounting and / or payroll systems, procedures and records.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Accounting or a related field
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge of accounting and/or financial reporting systems
