Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of Banking/Strategy/Consulting experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience advising to influence across all levels of the organization
- Exposure and developing track record of success in designing and executing large-scale and transformative initiatives
- Experience with and/or prior collaboration with Sales, Operations and Technology
- Good partnership skills and overall strategy/operations advisory experience
- Strategic skillset including quickly develop an understanding of and support the goals and direction of the firm
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Transaction Banking business models, products, and clients
