Essential Responsibilities
Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
Maintains daily production output.
Performs basic manufacturing/assembly/refurbishment operations.
Complete basic troubleshooting.
Ensure manufacturing documentation is correct/current.
Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
Participates in quality control inspections when required.
Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
Work with team to improve quality and reduce cycle time.
Participate in 55S activities led by team lead/management.
May assist with training peers when required.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details and quality-minded work habits.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
Demonstrated ability to work at assigned workstation.
Maintain daily production output.
Perform Job with guidance.
Receive verbal instructions on duties.
Read/follow procedures/schematics for standard operations.
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
Must be able to visually inspect machines.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds (Anything over 35 pounds require assistance).
