Key Responsibilities
- Characterization of Digital Reference Circuits : Work with wafer, bare dies, and packaged samples to assess active/passive power, performance, and reliability indicators.
- Sample Handling and Measurement Execution : Utilizeprober/tester/characterizationsetups to conduct precise measurements.
- Optimization of Characterization Capabilities : Improve and streamline characterization routines and processes.
- Lab Support : Assist in the preparation and execution of ramp-up of lab setups with reference measurements.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Education : Currently enrolled in an engineering program (Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar) in the 4th semester or higher.
- Lab Experience : Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
- Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of experimental electrical measurement setups, CMOS, solid-state semiconductor physics, and circuitry.
- Programming Skills : Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C.
- Team Collaboration : Strong collaboration skills within an engineering team.
- Learning Enthusiasm : A strong desire to learn and grow in a technical environment.
- Language Proficiency : Proficiency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
