Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Acting as an Agent of Change in Strategic Initiatives : Lead the development and implementation of innovative product strategies that align with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability to changes.
- Champions Operational Excellence : Oversee product lifecycle management with a focus on optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrates Data-Driven Resourcefulness and Problem-Solving : Utilize data-driven insights along with creative and analytical skills to identifyopportunities, overcomechallenges, and leverage resources effectively to achieve product objectives.
- Fosters an Empowering Leadership Style : Cultivate acollaborative and inclusive team environment by empowering team members, encouraging open communication, and supporting professional development to maximize individual and team potential.
- Collaborates Cross-Functionally for Success : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of product strategies, driving cohesive efforts towards shared goals.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of technology and software development processes, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Agile Delivery Methods : Demonstrated experience and proficiency inAgile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, with the ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive iterative product development.

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Change Management Expertise : Experience in leading change management initiatives, with the ability to guide teams through transitions and foster a culture of adaptability and resilience.
