Technical Leadership:
- Design and implement enterprise-scale automation architectures
- Lead system integration efforts across multiple technical domains
- Establish technical direction for industrial communication protocols and control systems
- Drive standardization of software development practices and automation solutions
- Provide technical oversight for vendor solutions and internal developmentRequired Technical Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of industrial automation systems (TIA Portal 16+, Codesys 3.5)
- Expert-level understanding of industrial protocols (Ethernet-IP, Profinet, EtherCAT)
- Strong background in distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Proven experience with Linux systems and camera integration
- Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and version control systems
A day in the life
Your day will be a blend of technical design, collaborative problem-solving, and innovative engineering. You'll architect complex mechatronic systems, engage with cross-functional teams, and translate ambitious technological visions into tangible automation solutions that drive operational excellence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with distributed systems at scale
