Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.

• Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.

• 4+ years of Marketing or related work experience.

• 2+ years of leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives.

• 1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above)

• 1+ years of experience working in a matrixed organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leverages knowledge of Marketing principles, best practices, and applicable market research to manage projects and programs that deliver a return-on-investment.

• Collaborates with senior management to resolve administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of project and program objectives.

• Delegates tasks to team members by meeting regularly with each team member to discuss business dynamic, develops plans to accelerate performance, and predicts future outlooks.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerned with designated projects.

• Acquires knowledge on marketing strategy, marketing program guidance, and sales by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks within and outside the organization.

• Writes, rewrites and/or edits marketing/sales campaigns and programs, business results, and trends with some supervision.

Level of Responsibility:

• Working under supervision.

• Providing supervision/guidance to other team members.

• Making decisions that may affect work beyond immediate work group.

• Using verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information. May require basic negotiation, influence, tact, etc.

• Working within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.

• Exercising a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).

• Completing tasks that require multiple steps which must be performed in a specific order; directions or manuals can document the steps necessary to perform the task.

Pay range:

$125,000.00 - $187,000.00
