Manage & drive the implementation of Workforce Optimization strategies and programs that stores will use to maximize operational efficiencies to schedule staff and manage payroll.
Deliver projects end-to-end successfully, by managing and creating project management frameworks/manuals to ensure scope, tasks, deliverables and milestones are managed diligently.
Work as liaison between stores, Retail Operations and finance to ensure consistency of program execution and engagement
Establish and communicate goals for programs to support understanding and stickability.
Consult the store on payroll expense by reviewing key tasks and working with business partners in order to best leverage instore resources to maximize productivity.
Ensure strong partnership with fleet teams to optimize scheduling to meet PEX targets and further drive PEX optimization through the use of Workforce Optimization tools.
Collaborate in the monthly review of store PEX in partnership with Finance and Store Management to identify opportunities and suggest further improvements/processes.
Drive continuous improvement of products, processes or systems within the project scope.
Provide reporting and analytical support to measure and monitor task performance and escalate opportunities for improvement.
Provide analysis, guidance and direction on workload associated with tasks to assist in Workload Planning for stores.
Apply appropriate and effective communication methods to the project sponsors and important stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee and lead WFM Ambassadors in the implementation and proper and consistent use of store scheduling tools to ensure the right person in the right place at the right time.
Implement scheduling processes, tools, and systems in stores to align retail professionals to the needs of the business. Including Workforce optimization tools rollout across Europe.
Create and implement training in the correct use of Workforce Optimization Tools for Store Managers and District Managers.
Create best practices to establish standards and processes to address local requirements accounting for difference in store size, format and local legislation.
Actively communicate the efficacy of programs and provide suggested improvements with Retail Operations partner.
Collaborate with Back of House Organization team identifying and refining process KPI’S and best practices
Lead the integration of improved Back of House processes into Labour Standards to be applied to Workforce Optimization

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree with focus on Business Administration, Retail, Project Management or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+years' retail store operations experience required
Retail Store management experience required
Experience with Store Workload Planning & Workforce Management System is preferred
