Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Set the vision, mission, goals, direction and manage day-to-day priorities, workflow, and quality for the Upstream imaging team
  • Set the strategic direction of our imaging portfolio while managing the existing project timelines with R&D.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture - Identify opportunities to actively coach and develop talent, strengthen team expertise, empower individuals, and drive accountability for agreed upon commitments.
  • Drive alignment among commercial leaders & R&D partners on commercial readiness, project priorities and align resources to execute plans to accomplish objectives
  • Create a resourcing strategy for your team and assure appropriate workload is spread across the team
  • Evaluate and determine global launch plans for specified projects within our imaging business
  • Identify opportunities to deploy resources to our OUS partners for increased adoption while engaging with customers and providing key insights to our sales and marketing teams
  • Work seamlessly across tradeshow function to appropriately capture physician input at congress within and outside the United States.
  • Foster relationships with our global marketing partners and understand regional clinical unment needs
  • Prioritize those clinical unmet needs and maintain a funnel of project activity.
  • Act with a results-first mindset – be closely aligned with the business, act with a sense of urgency and drive measurable results in growing the Imaging Business.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience leading employees. This experience includes recruiting, coaching, directing, and developing direct reports while driving best practices throughout their organization.
  • 10+ years of marketing/commercial experience including minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare/medical device
  • The ideal candidate brings significant experience in both traditional upstream marketing communications and New business development activity
  • Possesses a clear understanding of how to translate idea generation to product commercialization
  • Good communicator with proven ability to drive change and influence organizations
  • Builds trust and is able to effectively collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales, IT, Corporate Communications, Legal, Regulatory and Finance
  • Fearlessly innovates  - always looking to bring new ideas, drives innovation, encourages the team to learn fast and creates exceptional customer experiences
  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects, programs, people and drives clarity for the team on prioritization
  • Ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues, even without direct reporting relationships
  • Prior experience in product marketing, marketing development or upstream marketing
