Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the TheraSphere sales team, Regional Managers, and Area Vice President to align on strategy and drive growth of TheraSphere adoption
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and thought leaders to gather clinical insights and support business expansion
  • Build local Centers of Excellence in partnership with sales teams to organically increase product awareness and expand provider engagement
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare dynamics to inform internal strategy and ensure Boston Scientific remains ahead of the curve
  • Partner with Marketing and other internal functions to develop impactful materials and programs that support TheraSphere awareness and utilization
  • Design and deliver best-in-class training programs for new and existing TheraSphere Consultants using real-world scenarios and advanced clinical insights
  • Support field coaching by spending time with TheraSphere Consultants, reinforcing core competencies and providing performance feedback to regional managers
  • Lead efforts to position TheraSphere/Y-90 clinical data to support organic growth, attract new users, and drive competitive conversions
  • Serve as a field-based champion for Simplicity by promoting continuous learning and excellence in sales performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on internal and external campaigns that increase physician awareness and engagement
  • Work alongside Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) to identify and remove reimbursement barriers and support emerging coverage needs
  • Provide input to Sales Operations on sales directives, quota planning, and growth expectations for TheraSphere
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales Ops, Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, HEMA, Training, and other internal partners
  • Ensure full compliance with Boston Scientific’s Quality System and all applicable institutional requirements

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in TheraSphere sales, sales support, or a related hybrid role
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
  • Proven experience managing multiple high-priority projects with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with radioactive medical devices in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective internal and external partnerships
  • Proven success influencing both technical and commercial stakeholders to drive outcomes
  • Consistent achievement of year-over-year sales growth within the TheraSphere product portfolio or similar therapeutic area

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
