Your Impact
- Your main task will be to help drive the evolution of the performance of our Provider Connectivity Assurance Orchestrator platform
- You will have the chance to work with a strong R&D organization, a strong leadership team, and showcase your technical expertise around scalable, robust and predictable software platforms and practices
- Provide technical leadership and guidance
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to define software architecture, components, and patterns to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, API documentation, and user guides
- Mediate feature requirements from Product Line Management in order to facilitate implementation breakdown by developers
- Identify and implement opportunities for code optimization, performance improvement, and scalability enhancements
- Facilitate product-wide feature interaction roadmaps
- Bachelor's degree with 7 or more years of engineering experience
- Experience working with Docker containers
- Coding experience with Java
- Experience working with databases, either SQL or Postgres
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong design skills in realizing scalable software solutions
- Strong knowledge of system integration and design for performance and scalability especially in a virtual environment
- Distributed Communication / Management Technologies
- OS and cloud: Cloud operations experience in GCE and/or AWS, (Azure experience is an asset), Docker, Kubernetes, VMWare, KVM
