The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the brand’s TikTok and Instagram profiles. This role will focus on building the brand's presence, engaging with the audience, collaborating with creators, managing budgets, working with external vendors, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize both organic and paid content.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:**

- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram, aligned with overall marketing goals.

- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Content Creation and Management:

- Develop engaging, creative content that resonates with the target audience and promotes brand values.

- Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand ambassadors to enhance community engagement.

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Develop and send detailed briefs to creators, outlining campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and content expectations.

- Work closely with creators on ongoing content creation to ensure alignment with brand messaging and consistency in style, while encouraging their creative input.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage budgets for social media campaigns, including both organic and paid initiatives.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of organic and paid content.

- Provide regular reports on metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Trends and Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.

- Experiment with new content formats, features, and advertising opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

- Contribute to cross-channel campaigns that integrate social media strategies.

Requirements:
  • 2 years + Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing budgets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
