As a Supervisory Analyst in the Asia Pacific Research team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our research products. You will work closely with a diverse team across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will directly impact our firm's reputation and success in the global market.This role has a 5-day working week and can be based in our Dubai, Mumbai, Hong Kong, or Singapore office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide supervisory review of global equity and fixed income research.
• Ensure research complies with FINRA and other regulatory rules.
• Multitask in a busy environment, reviewing various research products.
• Edit research to meet quality and control standards.
• Collaborate with analysts and associates to reinforce business rules and guidelines.
• Balance accuracy and speed to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Supervisory Analyst
• FINRA Series 16 certification.
• Focused, articulate, and commercially minded.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• FINRA Series 4 certification.
• Experience with Eidos.
